Meet Our Founder
Adriannis C. Suarez, P.E. brings over a decade of experience in civil engineering and real estate development. Her background spans engineering consulting and development project management, giving her a unique perspective that bridges technical design with an understanding of owners' priorities and project economics.
She holds a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license and has worked on a wide range of project types including residential subdivisions, commercial developments, mixed-use projects, and infrastructure improvements. Her experience on both the engineering and ownership sides of development informs how ACS approaches every engagement.
Adriannis founded ACS Engineering & Consulting to offer clients a more personal, responsive, and owner-focused approach to civil engineering services — one where the principal engineer is directly involved in every project.
