Founder and Principal Engineer
BIO
Adriannis C. Suarez is a seasoned civil engineer with a strong background in land development. She possesses a professional engineering license from the State of Florida and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology with 10+ years of experience in Civil Engineering. Her expertise includes single-family and multi-family residential subdivisions, commercial development, and institutional projects as large as 600-acre developments and 3,000 residential units. She oversees project management, plan production, stormwater design, and utility infrastructure design. Her thoroughness and attention to detail contribute to her ability to obtain permits at the local, state, and federal levels in record time.
She founded ACS Engineering and Consulting in 2023 as part of her mission to create an engineering company that understands the complexities of being on both the developer side and the consultant side of the equation. This ensures a balance between market demands and community needs, making the results favorable to all those involved. Coming from humble beginnings, she has demonstrated persistence, determination, and integrity are the founding principles of her success.
While continuing her primary role as Director of Land Acquisition for Birdsong Housing Partners, she has held key positions at KPM Franklin and Jarmel Kizel Architects and Engineers, where she honed her skills in Land acquisition, project management, land planning, and site engineering. Her in-depth knowledge of real estate transactions, affordable housing, sustainable stormwater management, sediment and erosion control, and technical report development is complemented by her hands-on experience as a field technician at Carlin Simpson Geotechnical Engineering. Her strong will and dedication combined with her technical foundation and extensive industry experience are what have made her stand out.
